The programme is aired from Monday to Friday between 5:00 and 7:00 am, and on Saturdays and Sundays between 6:00 and 8:00 am. On Saturday and Sunday between 7:00 and 8:00 am, Parvatiji also answers the queries of listeners through sms. Besides, you can also get to hear nice bhajans during her discourse.
